The impeccable service from Nazrul made my stay memorable, especially his personalized recommendations for local spots. The serene ambiance of the hotel allowed for a peaceful retreat amid the city hustle.

Just a solid selection for a flying visit in Dubai with good price value. The staff quickly helped me when I mentioned the bathroom cleanliness. Keep in mind that the rooms can smell like smoke, so check if it bothers you.

I had the best time unwinding at the tranquil spa and indulging in their luxurious massage treatments. Every morning, the buffet breakfast absolutely rocked my taste buds, especially the delightful cappuccinos! Relaxing by the warm swimming pool with its cozy jacuzzi was the perfect way to end each day.

Rooms are clean with a nice design. Would have liked more bathroom amenities, especially for seniors. The kids' club has great activities for children. Pool hours are a bit limited. Overall, a comfortable stay.

During my stay, I encountered several disappointments. The bath towels in my Deluxe King Room were heavily worn, with holes that made them feel unclean. Additionally, the all-purpose detergent provided was difficult to use, as it came in a tube instead of convenient bottles. Unfortunately, the bathtub was slippery, which raised safety concerns during my showers.

The pool opens too late at 9 am!!! Check-ins are poorly managed, evidenced by delays in room availability despite prior requests!!! Housekeeping disruptions are incessant, turning privacy into a nightmare!!!

What a stay! The staff were super nice, especially Marse at the front desk. She let us check in early and even gave us a room upgrade 🍾. Breakfast was delish! We ended up staying an extra night just because it was so chill. The gym and spa hours were kinda lame tho, opened way too late. 😊
